Mystery Switch???

Hey people

I have a 89 964 and cant seem to figure out what the switch next to the sunroof switch (on the dashboard) does, or is supposed to do. I already looked in the 964 companion book, nothing..... Anybody know???? Thanks

Not sure of it's placement, but if it's like the SCs and Carreras, it's to select the left or right mirror for the power mirror adjustment.

I'm sure there will be someone chime in and let us know if I'm wrong...

Thats the selector switch to control the Left or Right mirror adjustment. Do you have the Owners Manual?

If you read my original post, you'll see that this is what I was referring to. Sorry if my post wasn't as clear as you would have liked it to be.

LOL! I understand. There are quite a few differences with the controls in our cars than other cars (the intermittent wiper switch being separate of the wipers, ventilation controls, etc.). After nearly a year, I'm finally getting used to the vent controls...

Later,
Mike
