Left side lights not coming on.

Hi ,on my 1980sc i notice recently when i turn on the lights full the left tail and front lights dont come full on. The signals still work but when not using it looks like the tail and front are not. Head light and fog lights still work too. Is this just a relay fuse i have to replace? thx.
