G-Force 6pt Harness
I've been looking at harnesses and have come accross these numbers from G-Force:
http://www.gforce.com/products/harnesses/camlock/cam_indivshouldersets.html They appear to be about half the price of other makes, and bear enough certification from sactioning bodies to convince me of the safety of the units (FIA etc.). Does anybody use these? Are they poor quality?

I have their five point with the cam release mechanism. They are stout, robust and of high quality. They are also FIA rated.
I think they just don't have big brand recognition and probably mfg in China. I bought the wider belt version. They make traditional seatbelts look extremely wimpy. I think you'd be happy. I am. Doug

I have used their 5 point and they are just fine.

I have a pair of the 6-point camlocks and they work fine. They are my first set of harnesses, so I don't have much to compare to. The cam works smoothly and they appear to be well-made. May not be as refined as Sabelt, Scrhoth, or other big names, but they get the job done.

Another nice feature of the G-Force set up is that you can send them back at the end of their life and they will put new belts on the existing hardware, This will cost around $75. I don't know if the other manufacturers do this but I think it a great idea. They will then re-certify them. I have a couple of sets in my cars.

I went with the old-school G-Force 5-point harness with the buckle, not the cam lock system. Works great. Cost me about half of what you're going to pay.

I have their 6 point ones and are very happy with them. They actually include a pull tab to loosen the belts. My old set, could have been a Simpson or other more expensive brand did not have that... Lou

I recently got a set. I love them. I think the cams and hardware are Schroth pieces. I like them a lot more than the Autopowers I used to have.
I paid $109 for the 5-point version, which is pretty good for FIA-approved camlock belts. I wish their pull-up-to-tighten models were FIA approved, but you've got to go with Schroth to get that, currently.
