Revalved Strut Insert Question
Does anyone know if Bilstein struts that have been revalved for 21mm torsion bars will work well with 22mm torsion bars. Or will they have to be revalved again.

You could call whoever revalved them and they should be able to tell you. It will be dependent on who's specs they were valved with.

That was a good idea. Apparently they were revalved by Smart Racing who confirmed that 22mm will work with them.
What I don't understand is that Smart Racing charges $ 110/each shock for a revalving and Bilstein charges $ 65/each. And all Smart Racing does is send them to Bilstein to be revalved. So why not just go straight to Bilstein in the first place? At any rate...I'm getting those strut inserts. I'm a little bit closer to collecting all my parts for my summer supspension rebuild!
