I believe the system you describe will work well if installed properly. Last summer I had the following installed:
Used Sanden 507with r134a
Duehl Kuehl setup (one condenser and fan in the front of the left real wheelwell and one condenser and fan in the back of the left rear wheelwell)
Renn Aire evaporator
Performance Aire dear deck condenser
Procooler
All new barrier hose (reduced diameter)

Mine was designed with Las Vegas in mind (but it is still in my garage in Albuquerque) and it worked well on the hottest Albuquerque days last summer. It matches up with your design except for my rear decklid condenser. Your front condensor would have similar capacity to my decklid condenser and likely better airflow.
