SC Ground Strap Questions

I have access to make some killer silver plated stainless steel gound straps at work. Does anyone know what the length of the strap is from hole cent to hole center

12 inches should do it.
Do a search on how some people made extra straps in addition to the one on the transmission.
Also, check the connection to the body for the neg. battery strap; disconnect, clean, use dielectric grease.

About the same.
I would stay with copper because it flexes better around the corners of the cross member.
SS gets brittle easier than copper.
Ground is very important on a rear engine 911.
I made up an additional secondary ground.

We use it on all of the alternators we make for over the road trucks. It will outlast the life of the car or truck it is on. The silver plate protects the S/S and is a great conductor
