- and they are a group of early cars. Yours is a 79, therefore does not qualify.

Anyone in the past has been welcome to drive with them on any trip. I wouldn't hesitate to tag along with the Carrera. You'll meet some of most enthusiastic 911 owners ever. Yes, there's a clique or two, in what organization isn't there? And those same people would be a clique R Gruppe or not. Sorry to contribute to the politics here, but just get out and drive. The more driving and the less said, the better. I believe that is pretty close to the Gruppe's credo. Last edited by milt; 07-13-2008 at 11:44 AM.. |

So that's why everyone was calling me "Token" at last year's event!!! And here I thought they were just mispronouncing my name.

let's see...I'm not in the R-Gruppe....but I bought my car from an R-Gruppe guy, all my work is done at a shop owned by an R-Gruppe guy, both of my first track instructors are R-Gruppe guys...
Hate them. Hate them ALL!!! umm, hey Dave...I need to get that tail on before the next cup race... And while I might not have grease under my fingernails, I do have it in my brain. Hence the twitch. |

You would think that the sponsor of the web site and the moderators would take a moment or two and limit the sheet throwing and cry babies. Add just a name or two to your blocked senders lists and it is amazing how the content improves immediately. Either way the interruptions are tiring on what other wise is such a great resource for the Porsche community. |

Wow - that was some magnanimous Bravo Sierra. Future PNW gruppemeister? I think so.
