Talking ..glad it was fused!

Bought this car last August, been going through it this past winter and finally got around to pulling the front condenser blower as the 10A fuse (they finally wised up!) had blown...hmmm.
Wiping contacts are fried, plastic holding them in place had melted and bearings are tight...a little WD and they move but don't exactly spin. Opinions:
1) $90 to replace the whole motor 2) have it rebuilt? (cost estimate?) 3) Anybody had better luck with Spal fans blowing down? 4) Other? (I plan to keep the A/C)[img]

Mine looked alot worse as well. I did the $90 motor replacement and added an in-line fuse. Works great now!
