Looking for buying advice

What do you think? Is it worth the asking price? Should I PPI first or forego since it looks to be in great shape?

Wow. I think there's a thread for these monstrosities somewhere...

'Owner is selling so he can spend more time with his Fiero-based Ferrari 328 GTS?'
