Cristine is awesome!!!! kind of a 911 "rat rod" but nicer. Do you have any photos of the intercooler installation? I'm very interested in the fender mount. Also, what seats are those, and what size and type of tires are you running? You must know gary smith :)

My vote is don't change a thing.

Ya have a little bit of a Mad Max thing going for you.

The seats are a copy of 935\934 Recaro , factory race seats,AIR has them.As for tires they're Yokohama's 225/50/15 front, & 285/40/15 rear. Sorry no pic' of intercooler , will try get some soon.

Turbo 934....now THAT'S my kind of car, tons of soul, a story to tell and a girl to always ride with that doesn't bring any weight penalty with her!

I've been experimenting with some flygirls on mine as well....thought I was the only one! Glad to know there are other's out there who like to give the ole' skool touch!

Intercooler is like a Ruf style , she's on 1 bar boost. Also running 3 oilcooler's ,runs at 175-180 even on hot days.

Turboo934 10-13-2008 07:30 PM

I got them from A.I.R. and I have the patterns for the covers.Left the passengers seat in carbon fiber.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1223955005.jpg

Thanks very much!

They look a lot like the "lolipop" seats with a different head rest area... I could not find them on the AIR website, but will give them a call...

Cheers

I called AIR about there 934 seat.

Was $600+. There is no upholstery on it.

Also, they only have the drivers seat which has clearance for the shifter. Not sure what that means.

Would love to see some pics with more details including the mount area.

I am thinking of building a 84 SCRS replica and I think that was used.

I used stock Porsche seat tracks. The back hole will need a stud welded to track and nutsert be drilled out.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1224021896.jpg

We have a pair of these seat shells, new that a client changed his mind about. They are in fiberglass, not carbon. Contact me at tremotorsports@gmail.com for details

Rob's car is way cool. He is modest in that he does not tell you how far ahead of the "curve" he has been. He has always been building special Porsches that were outstanding. 914-6 GT, 911 "RS" , and now the "934" - All this stuff way before any thoughts of R Gruppe came to be

thanks
dave

Is the seat a balanced design or is it built with more clearance on one side.

That is, is there a driver side and a passenger side seat.
