Kramer 3.4 liter

I just purchased a 911 Turbo with a 3.4 liter Kremer motor. It has a Ruf intercooler and Ruf 4 outlet exhaust. It also has a K27 turbo with manual adjust boost control. What kind of hp would a motor like this make?

a stock euro 3.3T is about 300 hp so you probably have about 370hp (depending on how high the boost is turned up).

i used to have a 79 Kremer 930 with similar mods which dyno'd at 370 hp on stock 0.8 bar boost. loads of fun.

I thought it was Kremer, not Kramer (as in Cosmo)?

If it's a Kramer don't drive slowly thru the hood!!! If it's a Kremer you'll fly thru the hood.

If it's a Kramer then you need a vanity plate that says "assman"

This was at the Tennessee Tubs show this past Saturday in Kingston Springs, TN, near Nashville. I had never heard of Kremer before that.

I have a 79 935 DP and it has a Kremer 3.4 also. I have never had it on a dyno and think obrut's hp is close to what mine would be with the K27, larger intercooler, 4 outlet exhaust and adjustable boost.

Good luck with your new Porsche!

We are talking about the Kremer Brothers, right (not "brothas") who entered as privateers in many races, including Le Mans, and made the 935 famous? The same guys who won Le Mans with a K3?

Yeah, that car would have a certain level of prestige without a doubt.
