I was headed to the local garage for an annual state safety inspection and noticed my brake lights were inop. So naturally, I headed toward the front fuse panel. To my frustration, there was no fuse listed on the fuse map for brakelamps or "stop lights". So I pulled out my PEC and looked it up. Sure enough, on page 382 was a more detailed fuse map. On my 964 Turbo there is no cruise control so the fuse location at number 19 is blank on the fuse map under the fusebox cover. I might have pulled that fuse thinking it was an unused slot. It is not.
I put a spare 15 Amp fuse in slot 19 and the stop lights worked. I was able to pass my inspection. This more than paid for the book. Now if I could just locate the sticky gasket for the 3rd stop light to replace my deteriorated one, I would be in business. It is not listed in Pelican. Mark

Use the parts diagrams. I'm sure you'll find it.
