For a RS America, try www.rsamerica.net

There are usually several for sale in that site.

Does any one have an issue with the Porsche script on the back of the 964s? I like the car but have always wondered if this could be swapped out to a 993 style reflector....

thanks..

On initial glance at the RS America website, it seems many have been modified. This makes me wonder how close to an RS America one could get by modifying (stripping and chipping?) a plain-Jane 964.

^^ Stiffen up the suspension, ditch the power steering, and put it on a modest diet and your there.

The cars that sit on the RS AMERICA.net site for sale are the ones so grossly over priced its like the owners don't want to sell them. The ones that move are the ones that are priced realistically.

The 2 models you're looking at are ones that have a decent sized premium on them, unless you have to have one of those there are lots better deals out there.

Re: 964 rs america or 993 c4rs anyone?

There is no such thing as a 993 c4RS

there are 993RS which were RoW rwd, very desireable and not generally available in the US

there are 993C4

and there are 993C4S
