FP relay mother of all fails

Issue: FP 98% not pumping or very-very-very intermittant pumping. Direct connect of +12 volts to pin 30 FP relay socket allowed car to run. .

I had a bunch af variables: Last week I put in engine -tranny in so one would assume that I did not connect some mystery wire + there is the issue of "MR Clifford" - alarm + I had not started car since last September, so why the FP relay NOW!

I did find out why my fuel pump did not work or worked a bit, really the most unbelievable failure, I can't blame Mr. Clifford.
Note term 30, and the slots in the pins. My problem was that the slots had collapsed, thus very little surface area to contact the socket. I measured resistance from the relay pin 30 to the pump, ~2ohms, great right? But when I energized the relay I got 0 (milli-volts) at the pump. So again very little surface area, but static had 2 ohms, but the equivalent of #30 wire to carry FP current? ANyway I took a safty razor and put a spread on the pins..... Car now fires up perfect. The razor blade is now in my tools box!

BTW this took about 12 hrs to isolate, I did get to see all of my underhood wiring. Motivation was the thought that the CLIFFORD somehow tied into the current run of Terminal 30 to the FP, not the case.
