idle stabilsation valve

Hi
Upon start-up my 3.0sc cuts out at 900 rpm unless I press the throttle to stabliise, on other ocassions for a few seconds the revs would lope between 1500 and 1000rpm. I think I may need to clean out the idle stablisation valve (going by my VW golf maintanance skills) please advise

Where do I find the idle stabilization valve on a CIS 1981 3.0 sc porsche. And how can I access it.

Cheers,

Jaz

I don't think an SC has an ISV.
