Anyone know if the torque on the big bolt (middle) is 56lb/ft? How about those smaller one?
Thanks.

When I put my motor mounts and bracket back in last summer I put Wuerth copper anti-seize on the bolt threads to prevent future problems...

I believe the torque specs for the smaller bolts is 18 ft/lbs. I had a hard time finding them recently. I looked in factory manuals and other places. I found them here with a search.

Recently replaced motor and transmissions mounts on my 73.5
difference in shifting and driving feel is amazing. You can not tell what the rubber looks like until you remove the mount. My mounting bolts on the engine were hard to remove, some liquid wrench and leaning off and on a breker bar eventually broke the nut/bolt free. Photos show original motor mount from top, motor and trasmission mount sremoved and new WEVO. Use sport mount on transmission. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
