First of all, sorry for poor photo quality...
As you can see I have about a 1" gash in my targa top. I dropped it a short distance while taking it off, and the top of a jackstand tore this hole. All else is in good condition, and I have never had any fitment/leaking issues with this top... I am wondering if it is possible to patch something like this, without making it look worse than it already does. I don't drive in the rain much, but obviously I can't do it all right now with the top in its current condition. Comments/Suggestions?? TIA ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Your local auto parts store should have a vinyl repair kit. I have used them in the past with mixed results. There is some special glue you use to hold everything together. Then, you mix up the uncured vinyl to match the color, spread it out, and use a special iron to cure it. They have different textured sheets to try and match the texture of the existing material. Might or might not be a solution you want to try. Just a thought.
