Which Decklid Grille?
Which decklid grilles will fit this decklid? I had a whaletail on and I want to explore the flat decklid look. Is there a black plastic grille? What years were those from?
Thanks, JA ![]()

My '77 black plastic grille would fit that lid.

You'd want an aluminum grill, anodized black.

Any grille from 69 on should fit. If you want period correct, you want aluminum, as stated by Jay. Shiney if you want the 70 look, anodized black if you want 73. Oh yeah, the plastic will fit and are cheaper and easier to get than aluminum.

Great information. Thanks guys.
Wolfe...I'll probably keep the whaletail...but if I sell it, you'll see it here first. Thanks again, JA
