993 Throttle Body - use Sealant??

I took out the throttle body of my 993 engine in order to replace the throttle switch. My question is: do I nee to place any type of sealant between the throttle body and the intake? There is no gasket there, only metal to metal contact. I was thinking about some Curil-T.

Factory calls for Locktite 574 rolled on

Thanks Bill. Would you know if there is any other alternative gasket sealer that would be appropriate? Unfortunately, the loctite distributor here in Guatemala doesn't carry this product and I need to assemble the car.
