Got my very first Porsche

Well, I've finally got my very first Porsche. It's a 1977 911S Coupe with a '78+ 3.0L Swap.

Don't mind my work trucks in the background of the second picture, lol.

Beautiful car! If my eyes do not deceive me, it looks like a widebody, too.

Not sure. I believe they're BBS look-alikes. There's no BBS logo or markings on them anywhere that I can see. *shrug*

Yeah, I love the look of White 911's. But, then again, I love the look of all cars in White, lol. Both of my trucks are White, in addition to the Porsche.

Yep, it's got a steel widebody conversion on it, too.

Thanks for all the kind words and welcomes, everyone!

Beautiful car! Always liked the 911 in stark black and white.

It's kinda like the car is making the statement "Color is incidental to the beauty of my form. Gaze upon my intrinsic beauty, undistracted by color!"

Plus the fact that white and silver have always been Germany's international racing colors (my other favorite 911 color is silver).

Thanks for the kind words so far, everyone. I very much look forward to getting the motor out of the car in the near future, so that I can repair it and get the car running again. Right now it has a dead cylinder and a neighboring cylinder with low compression. Should be a fun little project, lol.

Hey Evopanop;
Really like the new p car. Of course white is my favorite color as well. It also looks like you have developed my knack for stashing your garage full of crap and letting the cars live out on the street. That's how it was when I was growing up in California, I guess some things never change. Midwest winters will break ya quick of that habit.
Enjoy your car and welcome aboard.
Ventana
