The turnout on this event was like 28 cars, the organizer said a typical event has 120. We could have rocked that event...maybe next year with a good heads up we could register and have a nice representation of the SEMBC??? It's in our backyard!

Sunday Drive?? This afternoon drive?

Looks like nice weekend weather, so does anyone else have the need to go out for a drive? I could do it this afternoon or tomorrow early AM. Open to ideas for road selection...southcoast MA? Cape? Tiverton/Sakonnet/East Bay RI??

Winter will be here soon. :(

Anybody upstate NY, it's lonely up here! All the activity is down south.

Anybody have anything in the works for CT/New England area for this coming spring?

Spring Tour
Sunday, March 27 2011, 10:00am - 5:00pm
Come enjoy a 50 mile tour of the Currier and Ives country of Metro West followed by lunch. As it is hard to predict the weather in late March either your Porsche or winter beater is welcome.

We will start at FRIENDLY'S on Route 20 in SUDBURY. Our tour will ramble about 50 miles and end up at the Oriental Delight Restaurant in Maynard where a nice Chinese buffet and socializing will be available.

Arrive at the start by 10:AM on Sunday March 27. First car off on the tour by 10:30. We should arrive at the Oriental Delight about 12:30.

Morning drive next weekend?

Good morning all.

If (by some miracle!) we get some sunshine next weekend, is anyone up for a morning drive? Saturday and Sunday mornings both work for me at this time. Westport, along the East and West Branches of the river? Wareham, up through the forests? East Bar, RI? Other ideas?

We'll pick a meeting location that allows for breakfast/coffee for the early birds, then plan to drive off at 8:00AM for an hour or two.
