G50, 993 Oil Gage the Same?
Is the oil [temp] gage the same in a G50 car as a 993?
My oil temp reads a bit high and I am wondering if it is the difference in the gage. I know a 993 runs hotter than a 3.2 but is the gage in a 993 adjusted accordingly? I am thinking of putting a gage from a 993 in the dash. It seems that would only be right because the sender and gage would then be matched. I called the local shop and could hear the 'deer in the headlight' silence coming through the phone....maybe he was just trying to hide his laughter so as not to offend me ![]() Thanks, Drums
