head bolt washer question

I went to order one from Pelican and they no longer sell them. I have one head stud without a bolt. (Don't ask me why). The bolt is coming in the mail but I wonder if this washer is unique? Is there a substitute washer that would work?

It is not unique, but it is very hard. You can get them from other sources if it fits. Head bolt washers is what they are called.
