I don't see a major difference in appearance from the old set up, why are folks finding it so hard to post a picture? Does anyone bother to look for things or read anything.

The smiles are there, icons are there and so is the spot to click to upload a picture in BOLD letters.

What's the big deal?

Car I sold a couple of years ago, anyone seen it.

Problem was that it was not possible in the first post in a new thread. The reply image is the same as before.

Now, where is the spell check ..

On Wednesday I tried to post a picture & it said my security settings were too high ? At that time the only way to post a picture was to copy & then paste it in the text. Today, pictures are uploading like they always have on this forum

Mr. smart guy Pidgeon13, it was not possible to post yesterday, because there was no "click here to upload a photo". I am not blind.

Thanks to you other guys. I still have a problem with posting because I also get the security message. What I had to do was copy the link from the "click here to upload a photo" to a new window, upload the picture, and then copy the link to the picture into the reply window. like I did in this tread:

Help me finding the history of my US 911T!

It's integrated with the editor. When you misspell a word (as I just did with 'misspell'), it will underline it in red and you right click for suggestions.

The post says you can attach a picture of nearly any size, we will resize it for you. Yet, I keep getting the response my file is too large. I'm not going to compress my photos just to upload them.

That's interesting because I posted a picture at 6:22 am yesterday (eastern time) and had no problem.

I'm getting a java script error when I click on the upload photo button............

let me try the copy paste into a new window trick as mentioned above.

YUP. had to copy the upload picture into a new window to get it to function.

Mr. Widgeon I am located in Norway, I tried to post last night(Norwegian time) when there was no "click here to...etc". I posted my question as soon as I woke up this morning, without checking if things had changed. I guess they where working on the site while I was a sleep and managed to sort out the missing link to posting pictures .

Sorry for being a bit rude, but I thought your comment was a bit unnessesary.

Best
John

I was thinking the very same thing when I replied to you(time change issue). I am a tad cynical but once you get to know me I'm really not a bad guy, you have no need to apologize.

I'm glad it is working for you guys, but I have tried to post a photo with this new web page design and when I click on "Click here to upload a photo" like I used to, and then brouse and select a photo from my computer, and click upload, it will not load in my Reply window, it just will not do it. I've tried for two days! I've tried 20 different size photos, all jpegs...What's going on?
