3.0 ROW engine information

I need to replace head studs on a 1977, Carrera 3.0 (ROW). My engine was replaced while still in Germany with a 930- 02 style. Can anyone help with specifications of this block and suggestions to achieve approx. 50 more HP during my rebuild?

HI the 930-02 is the 3.0 Carrera engine type , 200BHP , it will depend on how many $$ you would like to spend to get the extra 50 BHP , you have a good base engine to start with, will it be a full mod ;carb's, cam's, piston's, exhaust, distributor/ignition, OR?????something like this?

As Mike said 930/02 is the Carrera 3.0 engine. Replace the head studs either w/ the older steel or the later 993RS/tt style.

50hp is going to be expensive, start w/ hi comp 98mm p/c, ditch CIS and go to Motec/TWM, S cams, good set of equal length headers, do a quality assemebly and you are there
