Help identify which year/s this fits (please)
I have a turn signal switch that was sent to me for my 1973.5 911 however, it won't work as it has too many wires. The part number on the stalk is 911 613 301 04
My turn signal switch on my 1973 has a round stock steel shaft, this unit has a rectangular pressed steel shaft. My local Porsche dealer was unable to give me a conclusive answer and said that it "may" fit a +1974 I know everyone says to buy new but my plan is to sell this unit with a money back guarantee if it doesn't work so please give me an idea what it's worth. Any help will be appreciated.

Doesn't look like a '74+. '74 and newer ones have a totally different style than the '73 and earlier 911/912's. The later ones have a "bend" to it and brings the end of the arm closer to the steering wheel.

As per Pelicans parts list. Check the diagrams and the number of wires compared to what you have. You might be able to narrow it down.
