71E project pix

Here's a few pix of my 71E project. Bought this as a roller w/matching numbers engine and tranny. 88K miles Arizona car with minimal surface rust in front trunk and decklid only. (Don't know if the 88K miles are accurate, but the vintage Bridgestone steel belted radials, in good shape, may be an indication that it's been in storage for a while. Just towed it back from the media blasters today and it still looks to be extremely straight. Headed to the paint shop today. It's going back to the original silver. The E engine needs to be rebuilt, so i may install my 2.7RS engine in it while I rebuild the 2.2E.

Today is a good day!

Glad there were no nasty surprizes under all that paint.
