930 Flares
Has anyone converted their 911 to a 930 look with aftermarket flares. The reason I'm asking is I have purchased a 930 with L/S rear quarter panel damage right on the flare and am wondering if anyone has purchased the flares and could provide me a picture of one, so I can see if it can be used as a repair panel for my car. the supplier I found (Automotion) does not have a picture.

I'm not sure if you'll be able to see what you need by looking at this photo, but this is my project with steel Dansk flares getting ready for weld-on.

I've had them for a few months. They are made by Dansk I was linked to them by a Pelican on another sites classified section (thesamba.com) and had them shipped to me from California. I bought the set of 4 so finding just one might be a little more difficult.
Our Host Pelicanparts does sell individual flares also. http://www.pelicanparts.com/catalog/shopcart/911M/POR_911M_BDYchs_pg1.htm Helmethead |

There are quite a few people on this board who have flared out fenders. That being said, I'm not so sure I would repair a factory 930 with an aftermarket flare unless pricing is a big concern. Post a picture if you could.
