That'll be tough. You may be able to use a 1 3/8" crow's foot. The difference in size between the two is .042" which is probably less than the manufacturing tolerance.
The biggest pain between the crowsfoot pictured above and a standard crow's foot would be the fact that the one above is like a 12 point socket giving you fewer degrees between ways that it will fit on the nut and a standard is like a 6 point. Have you checked Pelican to see if they sell it?

I've always just used two big adjustable wrenches. Never had any problems with rounding. Always used lots of PB Blaster first.

I got mine from Mcmaster.com
http://www.mcmaster.com/ Go to page 2721 in the catalog. I don't remember if I got a 1-3/8 or 1-7/16. I can look tonight when I get home if you like.

Quote:
36mm = 1.4173 1-7/16" = 1.4375 A 1-27/64" would be closest as 27/64" = .421875 but that doesn't exist...

Sorry, the metric ones only go to 22mm.
I've used large adjustable wrenches and even my suspension adjustment wrench in a pinch. Only time I needed the crows foot was to get a line off the oil cooler thermostat (and it worked great!) What are you trying to do with it?

It makes getting at the thermostat oil lines VERY easy and I just wanted one in my toolbox rather than borrow my shops...

If you don't mind off-brand tools, V-8 Tools makes this Jumbo-Crowfoot Wrench Set that goes from 20mm - 46mm (including the 36mm) for $82.97 for the entire set. No affiliation so I can't vouch for quality.

Those won't work the way I want, has to be a 12pt as shown in the picture.. and RWebb, I could also just cut the line at the nut and use a 36mm socket on it, but that has nothing whatsoever to do with anything does it...

do what you want - it is easy to drop the whole unit, and that will allow cleaning & inspection.

This is a cheap 36mm wrench that I bended and cut open. No problem with access on a narrow body car.
