84 Carrera hesitation on LH turns

Went for a pretty spirited drive today with some Sydney crew.
The car ran beautifully until we started getting spirited in the bendies.
I noticed a hesitation or fuel starvation type problem only in harder left hand turns.
I have done heaps of reading on the hesitation subject here. From this I am led to believe it could be any of the following:
- fuel filter
- plug wires
- CHT sensor
- DME
- worn or mal-adjusted AFM
- low fuel pressure
- relays/connections
- spark plugs
- injectors
- O2 sensor
- dirty/worn dizzy
- vacuum lines

However, most of these don't seem logically linked to a G-force induced problem.
Any ideas on the best first place to look? Car has 55k miles, reasonably new dizzy, new DME relay.
cheers,
Phil

well finally solved the problem!
A good friend of mine suggested it was most likely electrical and not fuel related due to a virtual complete shut down of engine power so instantaneously.
He was right.
The harness wire plug at the firewall supplying the right bank of injectors wasn't seated properly and on left hand corners, the intertia and/or the weight shift and slight movement of the engine partielly pulled the plug from the socket shutting down 4,5,6 cyls.
Re-seated it a ew times before a test drive and all is well!
Eastern Creek Raceway (LH track) here we come afterall!!
