Where to find a Becker radio for 911?
Does anyone know where I can find a Becker CD/radio? I want to replace the factory radio in my 911 with a Becker. I am interested in the Grand Prix 7990, or even on of the ones that was used in the early 996/boxster like the CDR-220. All I really want is a CD player and a radio. I perfer becker because they look the best in an older Porsche. I can't find one anywhere except the UK, and with the conversion and shipping it makes it prohibitively expensive. It seems like nobody sells them on this side of the pond!

bought one from sw stereo- came with the plate to view it from upright already installed and went in just fine. called them with a couple of questions and they were very helpful.
love it and has an aux. port for ipod or such. erik

We have the Blaupunkt San Diego new and in stock now. AM/FM CD with tiny remote control. Lots of power and a very clean look to match PORSCHE interiors. Optional iPOD direct into the back of the radio. $129 plus shipping. No risk with a brand new radio and the price is a fraction of what they want for OEM radios.

Thanks, that's what I was looking for. I called them, and they seem very knowledgeable.
