Need update on B.A. School

Hello Everyone,

I finally got my '84 Carrera and now I would like to attend Bruce Anderson's Tech school.
However, I don't know where to make my flight and hotel reservations.

Does anyone know what city/town Bruce's classes are held in?

I emailed him last week and he replied that he would send something on Sunday however, he has not since answered my emails on his location.

I want to make my reservations early to take advantage of the prices now before the holidays come around.
The money saved will be banked for the things I learn!

Any info on the school location is greatly appreciated.

When I took the maintenance class a few years ago it was in Campbell, which is a bit outside San Jose. The best airport would be San Jose: Campbell is only a short drive away on 880 towards Santa Cruz.

I don't know about hotels, but maybe someone who's taken the classes before has some local recommendations. I suppose you could stay pretty much anywhere in the bay area as long as you're willing to drive to Campbell for the class.

there are 2 hotels within walking distance. I forget the names but the one I stayed in ripped me off for an extra night.

Well hopefully Campbell is where one of my friends (Jeff) has family and we can stay there, if not I hope we don't get the same hotel as you did. Walking distance would be nice too, although if the other two guys come with me, they would probably want a car to do some night life reconnaissance.

mom said aunt might be iffy if I show up with two strangers...if anything at least I know exactly which hotel to stay at, even though it's a bit longer than walking distance it's well worth it, as long as we reserve early and get the good rates!
