Pop Out window gasket question. door hard to open now.

I am just about done putting the car back together from paint.

One of the things I did was add Pop out windows. Last night when I tightened the door chrome I found it pretty hard to open the door.
The pop out window trim is grabbing the top of the door frame when it opens. I think there is some adjustment on the door frame but not sure how much. Here are a couple pics for you guys to let me know if you see something wrong. The car has all new rubber so I somewhat think it is because everything is pretty firm right now.



Any help or tricks would be greatly appreciated.

I can't help much except to say the the frame for the door window will adjust in and out, up and down and the strike will adjust the same. Somewhere in all those adjustments is a sweet spot.
