My easiest mod yet - "new" shift knob
OK, I know this is barely technical if at all, but doesn;t seem OT either.
A while back, I finally found a nice black leather AMCO knob with a crest on it. I had been looking for awhile, adn then.. BAM! found a "never used" one still in the box! Took a few minutes between things tonight and put it on. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1190675405.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1190675423.jpg |

Look cool...How is the grip...

I just put that exact knob in my 930. I had to drill it out to accept the crush ring and fit the shift lever. I love it.

Hey, where did you get it?

I almost bagged this AMCO recently though when I saw someone here selling a 930 knob With the leather stamped crest on top of the knob. That was hot! |
