Accelerator rod bushing size??

Does anyone know the diameter (it can be something like nickle or quater size) of the 3 accelerator bushing that go on the rod that runs thru the tunnel and connects to the gas pedel? Also what they are made of rubber, plastic, poly, teflon.....???

They are roughly 1/2" diameter by 1" long and seem to be made of a flexable poly/rubber. I need them too....

well i went to the rubber store and bought a slab of rubber for 10 bucks and used a 7/8 hole saw to cut out the bushing and then drilled the centers. Im thinking these might work just fine.

On my car they seemed to be made of a hard, plastic material.

When I restored my car, I went to a hardware store and got some adequate replacements. They were about 3/4" in length and were just slightly larger than the accel. rod diameter, internally. Slid them on the rod and the 'locating straps' in the tunnel wrapped (and with a little glue to assist securing them) around them, seem to be working fine.
