Unhappy Need helpGuage lights dead on 77s

Hey all

My electrics ahave gone screwy and Im an electrical dunce! everything else is working except my guage lights wont come on. I traced the black/blue line back to what looks like a relay under the windshield and pulled the relay inside the cabin and i get 12v ish but i cut the wire on the other side of the relay and tested it and nothing! Any ideas anyone?

Thanks

Adrian
