A little help with the search function please
Can anyone educate me on how to get the search function to recognize terms like "M&K", when other 3 character terms like "CIS" work just fine. I have been paging through 5 year old posts for too long. Thanks for not hating me in advance.

The search engine indexes are limited when it comes to small letters due to the fact that including them would significantly increase the size of the database and slow things down...

Would it be possible to make an exception for the ampersand? At the very least B&B and M&K would thank you

Here's what you do: Go to www.google.com and enter your search term, like M&K, followed by this: site:forums.pelicanparts.com (no spaces). That will search all Pelican forums that Google has "archived." (I know that's not the correct term, but I'm not a search engine expert.) This is much easier & quicker than the BBS' own search function.
Example: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=M%26K+site%3Aforums.pelicanparts.com&btnG=Search
