Someone Available to Look at Car in Denver?
I have been looking over a few G50 Cabs or Targas and have narrowed to two. The one on top my list is in a burb of Denver. I'm in Tucson. I've just asked the owner if he would mind if someone has a look, and if the result is good, I'll go up there myself. Anyone in the area avail to have a quick look?

Just talked to the owner. He's in Lakewood. Is that convenient for either of you? Looking at Mapquest, it doesn't look like Lyons is at all close. thx |

I'll be in Lakewood Saturday morning getting a dyno test, depending on the owners schedule I could do it.

Of course, multiple opinions are even better, especially when they are seen as 'authoritative' like you guys. . . Maybe both of you have a look together if possible. I feel that's asking a lot though. If you are available too Grady, my confidence level is certainly enhanced. Shop for PPI is of course VERY welcome and next in the course of this. |

If you end up needing a PPI take the car to Storz's garage, talk to Bob- he's very thorough and honest.

Yeah, Lakewood's a little out of the way, though Applejack is the sole local supplier of Iron City, which is always worth the trip. Where do you do dynos down there?

I'll let the owner know. Is something like 11am ok for you two [Scott, Grady]? The car looks on paper like a gem. I'm hoping . . . Scott, looks like you've done some interesting work there - dyno run ought to be interesting! I just watched my 86 be driven away out my driveway by its new owner  Made me a bit sad. The guy didn't care about the emerging split on the driver's seat, didn't even want me to remove the sheep skins. Said those stock seats wouldn't be there very long [not applicable to his plans]. Made me feel I found a good buyer.
