How do I lower the front end of a stock 71 911T?
Can anyone tell me how to lower the front end of my 71 911T?
How much can I safely lower The front? It is sitting up way to high and I think it is effecting the handling of the car.

At the ends of each A-Arm, there is an 11mm bolt. Turning this bolt lowers or raises the ride height.

If someone has had the front suspension apart, they may have re-indexed the above mentioned bolt at its top limit and you may need to remove the 'lever end cap' that covers the torsion bar end (that the the aforementioned bolt passes through) and re-set it ...lower.

If you're really planning on driving this car to it's hopeful potential (assuming it's in good shape with good tires) I would strongly recommend a good alignment and corner balance by a competent performance shop that knows 911's. It really can transform the handling of the car.
