My '77 with a 3.0 Swap

Here is my 1977 with a CA Transportation Dept tag that verifies the swap of a 1979 3.0 motor. Also, here are some pics of the motor, looks like some heater 'hoses' are missing. Do you think I can get rid of the smog pump, or will that effect the CIS?

Not much in the way of performance benefit from removal of smog pump. Besides not hurting the engine, it helps keep the air clean, why not leave it alone?
