Ok so a little more trying i got it off. Bearing is in bad shape. Now Im frustrated I can't get the caliper off without removing the Hard Fluid Line, didn't want to bleed the brakes. I hate doing that.

First of all I would never open the brake lines and not rebleed when complete. You are removing the caliper so you are going to have to bleed a bit. To save you a full system bleed you can remove the caliper from the hard line with this tip. Find a piece of wood to place between the seat front and the pedal about HALFWAY depressed. This will prevent all the brake fluid from leaking out. You will get some BF leaking out of the hardline but it should not continue to flow and empty the reservoir.

Look at it as a great opportunity to flush the brake fluid. Most of us don't do it enough, especially in humid climates.
