Running Lights Question

The other night my wife noticed that none of the running (parking) lights were burning on the passenger side of my '86, front and back. Just checked it out, the bulbs are fine, the fuse is fine. I finally swapped the power wires going into the top of fuses 18 and 19, and the driver side lights went out, but the passenger side turned on. I then checked and found that the power wire going into fuse 19 is not hot when the parking light switch is turned on. I suppose that means there is a break in that particular wire, which seems like it would be tough to track down. Any thoughts?

Saw the post from earlier today, so I just jumped the power from fuse 18 to 19 and all the parking lights now work. Wonder why that wire to fuse 19 is no longer hot......
