My gripe of the day - door sill weatherstripping
I need to replace the weatherstripping on the wedge of the door sill on my 83 cabriolet. These things are listed as $35 EACH side in the hosts catalog. Normally I am not one to compain too much about things like this, but this seems disproportionately (is that a word?) high to me, when you consider the cost of other seals. Are they a super special shape that them hard to make or what - not being facecious at all, I am genuinely curious...

Be happy you don't have a targa. You'd feel lucky about only spending $35.
