This car has it all!!

Everything you would want in a car to stir uo controversy. Slant nose, V8, Body conversions. What would you bid. Hey also, when did Porsche start making V8's. Check out the piston head covers.

He may get more money if he put some detail into his selling information.

It actually looks like they spent some serious money on the car though... Will never recover it, but he did spend it.

I am suprised it has gotten to $15K with such a mutated car. This is great if you plan to keep it forever, but not logical conversions for resale value.

For anyone wishing to convert a car to this level, it would be a steal. The guy has spent a fortune.
Is there ANYONE who has fixed up a 911, stock or not, and got their money back upon resale? Hell no.

Just out of curiosity, do you need to cut the firewall to fit a V8 into a 911 chasis? What about torsion tubes and trans location. Where do you put the radiator? Exhaust?

I am not planning to do this...just wondering.

Well....it certainly is a clean setup, that's for sure. How could you pour so much into a project and then sell it at 20% invested?

David + for info on V8 installation, see previous 150 post thread on V8 porsches...or look at http://www.renegadehybrids.com
or http://www.porchev.com/index.html

I prefer not to call cars of any kind an investment. Technically I suppose they are - bad ones. Some are worse than others, but only a rare few turn a profit. If you want to make money cash in your natural gas mutual funds.
