Identifying front shock type

Hello all....
I am restoring a 1965 911.
I think the front Shocks should be BOGE.
I cleaned up the upper shock cover, the metal part that protects the upper partion of the shock, that has BOGE and a part number on it. That is why I am thinking it should be BOGE.
The car came with 2 sets of front shocks, nether fit in the housing proper, I set is KONI, the other is BOGE.

Whatis the best way to assure I am getting the proper parts?
Itlooks like Performance Products and Pelican Parts are the only catologs that even list having front struts for the 65-68 with Boge?

Thanks for your help.
Bruce

One more thing...

Anyone ever tried the KYB shocks???????

They are very reasonably priced, I am planning on keeping the 65 mostly stock, except for the newer 2.2L engine.

It will be driven on nice days, and most likely not on any track events.

Thanks
Bruce
