Meguire's PlatX for Cab rear window?
Any one try PlastX on the plastic rear window of a Cab? I'm wondering if I should try it on mine.

I use it and it is pretty good. Not perfect but it does improve the window. Also use microfiber cloth.

a trick i used on my audi was to fold a towell down into the top so the moisture doesn't sit beteween the plastic as it's folded and, in turn, "rot" and discolor.
worked pretty well! good luck!

My experience has also been that it will help with clearing up of light haziness, but not much help on anything major...

2 towels on both sides of the clear window to protect from rubs. PlatX also works on slight scratches on the gauges...

So what would be a recommended "polish" for a cab window?

Have you tried Plexus for routine cleaning/moisturizing? I use it on my flat screen monitor and nav screen and it works really well.

Also I always have one black towel on the back bench (on the inside), so after I unzip the window, I go out and lay another black towel on it and then power close.
Process is OK for an anal guy like me.......... ;-)
