Alignment issue or bent strut tower?

I recently took my 911sc to Les Schwab to get it aligned since it was pulling to the right. The tech did the alignment however it still pulled to the right. He said that I have a bent left strut tower and it needed to be replaced in order to bring it back. My question is, is it common to have a bent strut tower and would it cause this type of pull? Also, if I do need a new strut can I find a used one?

Camber, LF -1.7 & RF -0.2
Caster, LF 5.0 & RF 5.3
Toe, LF .16" & RF 0.15"
Included angle, LF 15.0 & RF 13.8

Thanks,

Richard

What he says is correct. If the left strut is bent, meaning uncorrectable excessive negative camber, your car will pull towards the right, the direction the tire is leaning which is also called the cone effect.

To check if the strut is bent you measure between the inside tire sidewall and the strut, with that amount of negative camber the difference will be noticeable.

You did have the four-wheel alignment?

What is the postion of the upper strut mounts, compare to each other?

Did they try equalizing the cambers to see if the pull went away?

Garage
Accident history?
Caster should be more like 6 deg.
Toe: Is that Toe-in?
You can find a used strut but make sure you know if it is Bilstein, Boge, Koni........?
I would try and find a shop that specializes in Porsches and confirm the issue.
You need a 4-wheel alignment and may want to decide first what Camber you want.
Most people go a little more negative than factory, do a search.
