I've seen lots of reviews that say that jammers don't do much at all, have you ever had a chance to test it out i.e. get clocked by a gun somewhere speeding insanely?

Are you saying that you have a laser "jammer?" What you're proposing is having an onboard transmitter that will operate with the same (or more) transmission power of the policeman's laser "gun," and that your system will cause either an erroneous speed figure to read on the receiver, or will so greatly diffuse the return signal beam as to make your speed unreadable?! From a pure engineering standpoint, I'd be rather hesitant to believe, or bet my license on this. Will not discuss difraction, difusion, or attenuation of light here, but I think you get the idea.
