HELP -- can't start my 91' C2
Car will not crank -- battery is charged, all lights , warning and otherwise, work and are strong. Car will not turn over -- no clicking or any noise from the engine compartment. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Ideas to check out:

Fuses and relays in the passenger side of front compartment near windshield. Pop the cover and the contents and location of the relays should be noted by numbers on the inside of the cover.
