Water Water Everywhere!
Well not really, but got your attention! My in laws drove my SC from Silverton, Oregon up to Seattle for the weekend and got back a little bit ago. When they got out the handed my a bowl of water that the had to put around the glove box area. They said water was coming from around the dash and around the glove box. Needless to say it has been very rainy and windy around here. Would this water be coming from the fresh air vents? I've never seen this and I driven in the rain, but not for 4 hours straight.
Whadya think?

It's the windshield seal.........Just had mine sealed at a glass shop. Professional silicone job;-) No more leaky........$70 guaranteed not to leak.
They put a tool between the windshield and rubber & the rubber and body to pull the rubber out far enough to get a caulking tip in there and seal all the way around. I drove from Eugene to Grants Pass on Sunday through a tsunami. Well worth the $70. Good luck.

The fresh air vent system has a drain out of the plastic collector box to out below the car.
I vote for the windscreen seal leaking, pretty sure that's the weakest link. Mine doesn't seem to do it when driving, just when it sits in heavy rain. I have to do my headliner and the windscreen has some deep pockmarks anyway, soooo... I was just hoping there'd be some clear answers to the whole "will the 964 screen and seal fit a mid-year" question...

Sounds like a leaky windshield seal.

They can inject it for about $35 or so. But painters in the future will hate you for doing that.
